Our Fees

Our fees are determined on the basis of hourly rates that reflect the complexity and time demand of each matter, as well as the seniority of the lawyers involved. We are flexible in determining our fees and opened to capped fee or flat fee arrangements, whenever a reliable estimate can be made. We discuss the fee arrangement in detail after we obtain information on the project and the clients requirements.

We also strive at giving back to the community and offer pro bono legal services to members of the community who are unable to afford legal fees.

METHODOLOGY OF DEALING WITH MATTERS

Instructions received will be confirmed within 4 hours of receipt thereof.

We will confirm in writing, within 24 hours after receipt of instructions and information required, on the course of action to be followed, provide you with an assessment of the claim, and the estimated time frame within which we anticipate that the particular matter will be finalized. Should we at any time during the fulfillment of our obligation foresee amendments to the information referred to above or foresee any additional legal action needed on this matter then we will attend to immediately inform your offices in order to enable you to assess the matter further or to possibly amend your mandate.

We would provide monthly progress reports in respect of each matter. We shall further render monthly bills for services rendered. Whilst we have outlined our methodology of dealing with current matters, we advise that we are amenable to tailor our methodology to suit your business needs.
